As long as you fulfill your employee shift for the day, you don't work during the concert, and you change out of your employee T-shirt you do have access to the concerts that day. You must enter through the employee entrance only.
Do employees get to camp?
We do offer an employee discount for camping. Call our office or contact your supervisors regarding a camping site.
What if our families want to go to the concerts?
We offer tickets for family at a discounted employee rate. Please call us or contact your supervisor once you have been hired for the rates.
How old do I need to be to work?
You must be at least 16 years old to work during the festival. If you are serving alcohol you must be at least 18 years old.
What happens after we apply?
After you apply you should fill out the following forms: I-9, W-4, and K-4. Then the manager of the department you applied for will be contacting you approximately 2-4 weeks after you apply

How will you be contacting me?
We use e-mail a lot, so please be sure to give an e-mail that you check often. We also will call you, so make sure you give a phone number that we can easily reach you at.
How will I know when I've been hired?
You will receive an email saying you are approved and you will also be contacted by your supervisor.
Is there any training?
There is a mandatory employee orientation on Wednesday, June 26th at 6:30 pm. The location will be Tuttle Creek State Park.
What do we wear?
Employee dress code will consist of provided uniform T-shirts and jeans or shorts that are in good condition (contain no holes and are not tattered or frayed). Employees are required to wear closed-toe shoes. Sunglasses are permitted but cannot be mirrored glasses.
Do we have to purchase a parking pass?
Employee parking will be provided in a specified location at no cost to working personnel. Workers will be required to show their employee wristband.
Is there an employee meal tent?
Yes, there is an employee meal tent that will be open from 11:00 am to 7:30 pm. The cost of each meal is $5.00.

Job Descriptions
Event Ticket Sales (These are typically filled by returning ticket sales employees)
Event Ticket Sales employees sell festival tickets at the two entrance gates. Applicants will possess advanced Customer Service skills, be extremely accurate and of the highest integrity. Experience with credit card machines, computers and cashiering are preferred. Shifts begin one hour before gates open until one hour after the last act begins.
F&B ticket Sales
Food & Beverage Ticket Sales employees are hired to sell tickets to patrons in ticket booths throughout the festival grounds. Qualified applicants will have advanced Customer Service skills, be extremely accurate and of the highest Integrity. Experience in cashiering is preferred. Most work shifts are from 30 minutes before gates open until 30 minutes after the last act ends. A few shifts are available from 5 pm until 30 minutes after the last act ends.
**Shift times will vary for these departments. Please ask you supervisor when he/she contacts you.**
Starting Pay: $7.50 per hour
Parking Cashier
Employees sell general admission parking tickets. Cash handling skills needed for this task. Employees review parking passes on entering cars. Employee must be able to stand for long periods of time and will work in the sun and heat.

Stagehand
Stagehands will assist with the unloading of production trucks, construction of the main festival stage, installing and setting up of all aspects of production (audio, lighting and video) prior to the festival date. During the festival dates, stagehands will assist with the assembly and disassembly of stage materials before and after each performance. Stagehands will assist in the loading and unloading of the artists' equipment for each performance. Stagehands will also assist with the disassembly of the main festival stage and accompanying production and loading of all production trucks and trailers at the conclusion of the festival.

Thursday through Saturday:

Campground Security
Campground security will need to fulfill a total of 60 positions which will consist of 10 supervisors and 50 security personnel. Security personnel will be responsible for providing the presence at all gates in which they will make sure all who wish to enter have the correct wrist band, provide accurate information to our customers in order to promote a more enjoyable visit, enforce all safety rules and regulations with professional attitudes, be responsible and take care of all stampede equipment, security personnel report to Security supervisors. Supervisors will be responsible to make sure that their assigned personnel come in 30 minutes before shift change to receive their assigned colors and any other important information or changes for the day and are at their assigned positions on time, provide water/Gatorade at all gates and correlate the transfer of personnel for meal break, coordinate with supervisors of next shift of any problems or procedure changes, supervisors report to Security leads.
· 1st: 8:00 am to 4:00 pm
· 2nd shift: 4:00 pm to midnight
· 3rd shift: midnight to 8:00 am
· Starting Pay: $7.45 per hour
Festival Security
Festival Security guards monitor and patrol assigned areas within festival grounds to minimize opportunities for theft, destruction of property, acts of violence or other illegal activities. They observe festival patrons to ensure they are abiding by the festival rules and regulations and provide crowd management as patrons enter, move within and exit the festival grounds. Festival Security guards are not required to or expected to take physical control of any patron, but are allowed to use whatever force is reasonable and necessary to protect themselves or others from physical harm. Festival Security guards are expected to maintain positive patron relations at all times and work to resolve conflicts encountered at the lowest level possible. Festival Security guards monitor festival grounds for possible safety hazards and initiate requisite steps to resolve those hazards encountered. When required, Festival Security guards are expected to document incidents they witness or are involved in at the direction of a supervisor.
Festival Security Supervisor
Festival Security Supervisors, in addition to the duties required of a Festival Security guard, are expected to recruit, hire and schedule the requisite number of guards needed to properly monitor the area they are assigned. Festival Security Supervisors monitor the guards under their command to insure they perform all duties assigned. When required, Festival Security Supervisors are expected to document any performance issues that arise involving those under their command. Festival Security Supervisors will monitor the well-being of those Festival Security guards assigned to them and document their hours worked.
Festival Security Lead
Festival Security Leads monitor the Festivals Security Supervisors and insure they are performing their duties as assigned. Festival Security Leads have the authority to act on behalf of the Festival Security Manager and make decisions regarding the appropriate actions to take involving incidents related to the security and safety of festival patrons.

Backstage Security (These are typically filled by returning backstage security employees)
Backstage security guards are responsible for verifying all credentials for anyone in the backstage area. They are responsible for securing the entrances and exits to ensure there is no unauthorized access into the backstage area.
Important: The majority of backstage security positions are typically filled by returning backstage security employees. If you have not worked backstage security before but are still interested, feel free to apply for this position just please be aware that most positions are filled by the returning employees.

Gates
Work at gates where patrons enter the festival grounds. When patrons enter the gates your responsibility is to greet them with a welcome to Country Stampede, check their baggage for liquids, food, or weapons. You then scan their paperwork and put appropriate band on them. Ticket takers are to dress appropriately with good shoes, (no sandals and no short shorts. No smoking at gate and no Country Stampede shirts are to be worn in festival grounds.

Camp Check-In
· Greet patrons in their vehicles as they arrive to camp. Check credentials, scan them and place the correct wristbands on each patron and the correct stickers on vehicles. Scan tickets of walk-ups and place the correct wristband on them. Several employees will act as cashiers and some will act as traffic control directing vehicles into the correct lanes.

· 8am to 4pm
· 4pm to midnight
· 2 shifts of midnight to 8am (Wednesday and Thursday nights).
· Camping Check-In begins on Sunday, June 23rd with the majority of shifts being filled for Tuesday evening through Saturday morning
